Born in 1991 in Perm (USSR)

2007 - present: Founder of several public organizations and youth associations;

2008 - present: Popular blogger, columnist.

2012 - 2015: Initiated the creation of the Youth Council under the Perm City Duma, supervised its activities in the position of Deputy Chairman (Chairman - Mayor of Perm)

2014 - 2019: Member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade;

2015 - 2016: Founded and headed the Perm Youth Center.

2015 – 2016: Developed public control as part of commissions and groups under the Public Chamber of the Perm Territory;

2016: Member of the Public Council under the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Perm Territory;

2016-2021: Deputy of the Perm City Duma of the VI convocation;

2021 - present: Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory of the IV convocation;

In January 2022, he was elected Chairman of the International Project Congress.
