The conference was held on December 6 at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Russia) in a mixed format - representatives of 10 countries attended the conference in person, the rest joined the event online via Zoom.

IPC participant from Belarus Maxim Kharitonik became the leader of the Youth Chamber
On November 26, Brest (Belarus) hosted the 10th meeting of the Youth Chamber at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia. The Youth Chamber is formed by delegating 40 representatives of the chambers of the parliaments of states, 20 of them are citizens of Belarus, another 20 are Russians.

IPC participant from Kazakhstan Tokhtar Bolysov was appointed chairman of the Association of Youth Self-Government Bodies
The Forum of Young Civil Servants of the EAEU countries, which was held in Krasnoyarsk, Russia from November 25 to 28, 2022, brought together 100 participants and 50 experts from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Among them there were representatives of authorities, state structures and public organizations of the EAEU countries.

The 6th BRICS International School was held in Moscow from 20 to 25 November. Leading Russian and foreign experts specializing in BRICS studies told the participants about the interaction of the five states at the political, economic and humanitarian levels. The program was attended by 45 representatives from 11 countries.

"Clean Games" from the IPC project portfolio were held in an international format in Vladivostok (Russia)
As part of the Eastern Economic Forum, on the coast of Truda Bay, Russky Island, team competitions in cleaning up green areas were held, in which participants competed in collecting and sorting garbage, and the winners were awarded prizes. 45 people from 9 countries became participants in interactive cleaning of territories. They managed to clear the coast of the bay from 500 kg of garbage in half an hour.

In Russia, the annual festival "Atmosphere of Sports" from the IPC project portfolio was held
The festival is an exhibition of various sports. Each guest of the event can try the presented types for himself, choose the ones he likes and exchange contacts with the coach or catch the spirit of sports. In addition, especially distinguished guests were able to receive commemorative medals and certificates.

IPC participant from Venezuela Arnaldo Sanchez took part in the organization of the National Triathlon and Aquathlon Championships
The championship was held in Puerto Cabello (Venezuela) with the support of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and the Ministry of Youth and Sports represented by Minister Mervin Maldonado. For two days, different age categories of participants took part in the triathlon and aquathlon competitions (a simplified type of triathlon, consisting of running, swimming and running), from the smallest athletes to already accomplished athletes.

On July 2 in Moscow the International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation presented Victoria for help in organizing and conducting an international essay competition, which was held in February 2022. At the competition Victoria acted as one of the members of the competitive commission and checked more than 80 hand -written creative works.

On July 2 a seminar was held in Moscow in honor of South African Youth Day, which is traditionally celebrated on June 16 and symbolizes the date of youth strikes against the apartheid regime. The workshop was hosted by South African IPC participant Victoria Maheso Thumisang, who is the founder and chairperson of the South African International Student Association (SAISA).

Pakistan is the 21st country in the International Project Congress
International Project Congress continues to expand the geography of its activities. The first member of the IPC from Pakistan is Hassan Ashraf, founder and director of the charitable educational foundation Umeed. This organization accepts 1,500 children from the slums for free education every year, eliminating illiteracy and giving poor children a chance to succeed in life.

Moldova became the 12th member of the IPC
Representatives of Moldova were included in the International Project Congress. Since January 2016, from a series of flash mobs the project has grown into an extensive program of promoting safe and responsible behavior on the roads, which is being implemented in more than 40 Russian cities, and will now be implemented in 10 countries-participants of the IGC.

Kazakhstan joined the International Project Congress
On November 26, social activists from Perm Mikhail Netsvetaev and Ilya Lisnyak took part in the Russian-Kazakh Youth Forum, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. This year, the forum was devoted to educational topics; due to coronavirus restrictions, all forum sites were transferred to the online format. The event was attended by 80 young leaders from both states, the list of participants was formed on the basis of a competitive selection from hundreds of applications. Representatives of the IPC made a presentation at the section "Youth cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere".
