The press conference was held in Lahore, Pakistan on September 11. IPC participany from Pakistan, Executive Director of Peace Hope Pakistan, Member of National Lobby Delegation on Minority Rights, Faisal Ilyas presented his research paper on “Inclusive Society for Peaceful Coexistence in Pakistan” and urged every Pakistani to play a positive role by following the constitution of Pakistan, the path of peace and love, brotherhood, acceptance of each other, development of an inclusive society and making Pakistan a peaceful state as our first priority.
The key points of the paper were to condemn the rising violence and religious extremism based on caste, creed, sect, language, ethnic identity and religion; protect communities affected by extremism; protect religious minorities.
