IPC leaders met with Azerbaijani officials

The meetings of the "Diaspora Youth 1 + 1" delegation with the head of the Azerbaijan State Committee for Work with Diaspora Fuad Muradov took place in Baku. The delegation of 18 well-known young leaders from 9 countries of the world included a representative of the IPC Ilya Lisnyak.

The State Committee for Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan is equal to the ministry, Fuad Muradov is a member of the Government of Azerbaijan. He told the meeting participants about the formats of interaction with the Azerbaijani diaspora around the world, and also supported Ilya Lisnyak's idea of ​​organizing an exhibition of Sassanian silver found by Soviet archaeologists in the Perm Territory in the 50s.

Silver of this type is now kept only in the Hermitage and two Perm museums; it has not been found anywhere else in the world. This era of the formation of Azerbaijan is overy interesting, and the project itself will strengthen cooperation between Azerbaijan, St. Petersburg, Perm and the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia, therefore Fuad Muradov supported the initiative and took it into consideration.

Earlier the members of the delegation met with the leadership of the Azerbaijan Youth Fund. The participants got acquainted in detail with the formats and approaches to working with youth in Azerbaijan, this experience will be presented at one of the next IPC conferences.
