IPC participant from Kazakhstan Tokhtar Bolysov was appointed chairman of the Association of Youth Self-Government Bodies

The Forum of Young Civil Servants of the EAEU countries, which was held in Krasnoyarsk, Russia from November 25 to 28, 2022, brought together 100 participants and 50 experts from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Among them there were representatives of authorities, state structures and public organizations of the EAEU countries.

On the first day of the Forum, elections were held for the chairman of the Association of Youth Self-Government Bodies of the EAEU Member States. The participant of the IPC, Executive Director of the Youth Congress of Kazakhstan Tokhtar Bolysov was elected as chairman.

In addition, on the sidelines of the forum, cooperation agreements were signed between the Youth Government of the Krasnoyarsk Region and the Youth Congress of Kazakhstan, as well as the Youth Congress of Kyrgyzstan, headed by Vice Chairman of the IPC Askar Shaikidinov.
