Members of the IPC from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan took part in the international forum Creative Spark

Deputy Chairman of the IPC from Kyrgyzstan Askar Shaikidinov and member of the IPC from Kazakhstan Tokhtar Bolysov took part in the forum "The role of education in the development of creative industries in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan". The Creative Spark program has been run by the British Council in seven countries since 2018. British educational organizations have created 50 partnerships with institutions of higher and technical-vocational education and with creative organizations to develop entrepreneurial skills and creative economies in these countries with the support of the UK, including 9 partnerships in Kazakhstan and 3 partnerships in Kyrgyzstan. Over £1 million has been invested through grants in partnerships.
