From October 26 to 28, the Congress of the International Council of the World Youth Festival was held in Moscow (Russia), which brought together the heads of National Preparatory Committees from all regions of the world, WFY-2024 ambassadors, and leaders of youth and children's organizations. The delegates to the congress were 120 youth leaders from more than 90 countries, including representatives of the National Preparatory Committees of WFY-2024 from 70 countries. Representatives of the IPC took part in the congress: Chairman of the South African BRICS Youth Association Raymond Matlala; Chairman of the Youth Center of Armenia, Co-Chairman of the Association of Youth Self-Government Bodies of the EAEU Member States and Observer Countries Rafael Hunanyan; Founder and CEO of HIRED Consult, Co-partner of The Youth Consortium John Aggrey (Ghana).
IPC participants are also heads of the National Preparatory Committees of WFM 2024 in their countries:
- Cameroon: Jean François Nicolas BIBOUM - National Coordinator of the Future team Cameroon, President of the executive board of the Future team in Africa;
- Pakistan: Hassan ASHRAF - Founder of the charitable educational foundation UMEED.
