IPC participant from Russia Ivan Griva spoke at the International Forum "World Quality Day

The forum was held from November 7 to 11, and included more than 40 thematic sessions which were held on its sidelines and were attended by more than 250 speakers. The purpose of the forum is to discuss and popularize the best practices of anti-crisis management, improve the quality and efficiency of business processes in various industries, and achieve sustainable development of organizations. This year the main theme was "Effective Governance in an Era of Uncertainty".
