IPC participant from Kyrgyzstan Askar Shaikidinov spoke at the Youth Congress

The Third Republican Youth Congress was held from October 5 to 6 in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. 140 young delegates from all regions of the country took part in the Congress. This event, held every two years, brings together young leaders from all regions of the republic and provides them with a unique platform for exchanging ideas, discussing current issues and creating new projects. IPC participant, head of the youth policy department Askar Shaikidinov also spoke to the participants.
