IPC participants from Ghana, Cameroon and South Africa spoke at the II International Parliamentary Conference "Russia - Africa"

From 19 to 20 March in Moscow, Russia, the II International Parliamentary Conference "Russia - Africa" was held. More than 40 official delegations from most African countries took part in the conference, as well as leading experts, who discussed topical issues on the international parliamentary agenda.

IPC participant from Ghana John Aggrey spoke at the roundtable "The development of youth leadership is critical to building civic capacity and long-term community sustainability. When youth develop useful skills it reciprocally builds self-confidence, increase capacity of mental faculty and by this we establish capable, credible and effective leaders for the next generation."

On the sidelines of the conference, IPC Chairman Raymond Matlala gave an interview to RT about equality and consensus within the BRICS alliance. The conference was also attended by the IPC participant from Cameroon, President of the Executive Board of the Future team in Africa, Jean-Francois Nicolas Biboum.
