The meeting of the 4th Permanent Joint Commission on Cooperation was held from 13 to 15 December at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in Accra, Ghana. IPC participant from Ghana, Founder and CEO of HIRED Consult, Co-partner of The Youth Consortium John Aggrey spoke on the topic of Ghana’s participation in the International Youth Festival, which will be held in Russia in 2024, and also touched upon the interests of investors and businesses in Ghana and the role of young people in building bilateral relations between the two countries.
