IPC participant from Venezuela Arnaldo Sanchez was awarded the Order

In honor of the 212th anniversary of the independence of the province of Merida (Venezuela), Arnaldo Sanchez was awarded the Order of Merit for the state and contribution to the development of the region. On September 16, 1810, the province declared its emancipation, which subsequently led to the complete independence of Venezuela from the Spanish crown. The order was presented by the governor of the province of Merida Jehison Guzman.
