FLF stands for values such as diversity, culture, inclusiveness and sustainability and is an educational course aimed at supporting young leaders who are already involved in various roles in football. The workshop was developed jointly by the German Football Association and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
