The international conference “Decolonization: Women Empowerment and Development” was held in Baku, Azerbaijan on November 21. More than 40 delegates from 18 countries took part in the conference. One of the conference participants was the representative of the IPC from Azerbaijan, CBC TV presenter, Political researcher Anastasia Lavrina.
