Representative of the IPC from South Africa Victoria Maheso Tumisang took part in the Digital Diplomacy Forum

The Fourth Annual Digital Diplomacy Forum was held from 12 to 15 December in Samara, Russia. The key topic of the forum in 2022 was patriotism in the digital environment. 40 participants from 13 countries discussed the preservation of national identity on the Internet, the impact of foreign policy on the digital world, and issues of globalization in the digital environment.
