Within the framework of the Internationales Parlaments Stipendium (IPS) program, Ayan Ismailova will represent Azerbaijan in the German Bundestag. Within a few months, seminars and trainings will be held there. Participants of the program will also study at the Humbolt University in Berlin.
As part of this program, Ayan Ismayilova has already presented a note on the independence of Azerbaijan in 1918, the first secular democratic republic among all Muslim nations, as well as granting women full suffrage in the Council of Europe and in the Bundestag.
