IPC participant from Kyrgyzstan Askar Shaikidinov held a master class for specialists of youth centers

From 24 to 26 August, training for youth center specialists was held in Bishkek, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy in conjunction with the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek. The training is aimed at improving the skills of specialists working in youth centers in all regions of the country and standardizing their activities. During two days, the participants of the training had a unique opportunity to exchange experience, knowledge and practical tools for the development of youth centers.

Askar Shaikidinov, head of the youth policy department, spoke about the state social order and emphasized the importance of effective resource management and proper allocation of funds to improve the work of youth centers. He also conducted a master class on project writing, grants and fundraising, which helps youth center professionals improve their skills in managing finances and attracting external funds.

This event highlighted the importance of learning and sharing experiences across countries and regions, as well as strengthening the partnership between the Ministry and the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek.
