Member of the IPC from Kyrgyzstan, Chairman of the Youth Congress of Kyrgyzstan Askar Shaikidinov spoke at the first meeting of the new stream of the Amanat School of Young Statesmen. The School trains future civil servants, provides comprehensive education and support to young people.
