Venezuelan Minister of Education Yelitze Santaella made a presentation on "From the Decade of the Coup de Timon to the New Epoch" at the Bicentennial Congress of the Peoples of the New Epoch. 'Coup de Timon' is Hugo Chávez's famous revolutionary speech in 2012 after his re-election as President for the third time. Now Venezuela is going through the same transition period to take its place on the world stage.
