IPC member from Venezuela Nick Oneto took part in the preparation of the student congress

Caracas hosted a preparatory event for the 19th Latin American and Caribbean Student Congress to be held in Venezuela. The youth of Venezuela presented their ideas for holding the congress and their vision of the youth role in the development of the country as a whole.
