IPC participant, Chairman of the Association of Russian Youth of Azerbaijan Sergey Danilov was awarded a diploma from the head of Rossotrudnichestvo Evgeniy Primakov for contribution to popularization of Russian language abroad. The Association itself was also awarded a Diploma for significant contribution to development and promotion of Russian language outside Russia.
