IPC participant from Venezuela Arnaldo Sanchez took part in the organization of the National Triathlon and Aquathlon Championships

The championship was held in Puerto Cabello (Venezuela) with the support of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and the Ministry of Youth and Sports represented by Minister Mervin Maldonado. For two days, different age categories of participants took part in the triathlon and aquathlon competitions (a simplified type of triathlon, consisting of running, swimming and running), from the smallest athletes to already accomplished athletes.

The deputy of the National Assembly of Venezuela, Arnaldo Sanchez, acted as the organizer of this championship as the president of the National Triathlon Federation of Venezuela.
