The IV online conference of the International Project Congress was held
On January 17, the IV online conference of the International Project Congress took place in Zoom. It was attended by well-known young leaders from 11 countries of the world, as well as invited guests: experts, scientists and deputies of national parliaments from different countries.
The IPC conference was held from the walls of the administration of the city of Perm (Russian Federation). The mayor of Perm, Aleksey Dyomkin, who opened the meeting, noted that direct communication between young leaders of different countries is especially important for reliable coverage of current events and for establishing friendly relations between peoples.
Deputies of the national parliaments of Azerbaijan, Venezuela and Russia spoke at the conference. Deputy of the National Assembly (Milli Majlis) of Azerbaijan Ramin Mammadov said that the International Project Congress, which was initiated by youth organizations and young leaders from different countries, proves that there are no barriers for young people today. Russian State Duma deputy Oleg Garin supported the creation of the International Project Congress. He stated that such projects are very important for young politicians who are worried about the development of their countries, and added that in this difficult and stressful time, it is necessary to strengthen ties with different countries. And the deputy of the National Assembly of Venezuela, Arnaldo Sanchez, expressed his readiness to expand the participation of the Venezuelan youth in the international projects of the IPC.
The participants approved the Statute of the IPC, and also determined the management team for 2022. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory Ilya Lisnyak (Russia) was elected as Chairman of the IPC, representatives of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan became Vice-Chairmen: social entrepreneur Farida Askerzade and Chairman of the Youth Congress of Kyrgyzstan Askar Shaikidinov. Mark Korobov (Russia), the President of the public organization "Civil Initiatives", became the Secretary of the IPC and the coordinator of the project exchange. According to the adopted work plan, in 2022 the IPC will engage in international project exchange, will conduct international trips of delegations of young leaders and increase its representation in various countries of the world.

The base KPI for the year of my chairmanship is at least 30 successful initiatives in the project portfolio, at least 4 international visits of delegations and an increase in the representation of the IPC to at least 15-16 countries
The thematic session was devoted to the prevention of extremism among the youth. The main speaker was the Deputy Director of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan Kamila Amurtaeva. She provided detailed information about the events in Kazakhstan that took place in early January and spoke about the mechanisms to overcome the current situation. The speech of the leader of Juventud PSUV Nick Oneto (Venezuela) was devoted to the protest events of 2019 and ways to involve young people in a constructive political agenda, which are being implemented in the country at the initiative of President Nicolas Maduro. Irina Forsyuk (Russia), President of the NGO “Bright Rus”, shared chronicles of extremist manifestations in 2011 and the formats of work with youth that today make it possible to involve initiative youth in solving regional and federal problems.
The next general conference of the IPC is scheduled for spring 2022, during the period between conferences it is planned to conduct a series of international visits and include several new participating countries in the IPC.
