The Moscow International Forum of Media Experts and Bloggers “Ethnotok” took place from September 12 to 16, 2023 and brought together students, young journalists and media experts. At the forum, IPC participant from Russia, head of the youth direction of the International Patriotic Movement “Ring of Grace,” Ivan Griva raised the topic of the importance and special relevance of the development of interethnic politics in the system of state policy of the Russian Federation.
