IPC participant from India Akil Mohammad spoke at the BRICS+ International Municipal Forum

The V BRICS+ International Municipal Forum was held in St. Petersburg, Russia from November 9 to 11. The objectives of the forum are the integration of positive world experience, the implementation of government tasks on the ground, the development of social and economic well-being of municipal territories, the use of information, digital and innovative technologies in everyday activities of large cities in developing countries. In 2023, the forum was attended by more than 7,000 representatives from 56 countries.
