In early May, Advanced environmental literacy workshop entitled “Empowering Communities for a Sustainable Future” was organized by the International Student Environmental Coalition Philippines. One of the speakers at the seminar was IPC participant from Cameroon, Executive Director of the International Student Environmental Coalition (ISEC), Harrison Ashangwa, who gave a report on the topic “Environmental education on a global scale.”
The workshop was attended by over a hundred young environmental enthusiasts from all over the Philippines, who discussed climate action, environmental education, and initiatives to create sustainable and equitable communities around them.
