A seminar was held in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) on the topic "Systemic and skeptical thinking - key competencies of the head of the XXI century". The seminar was attended by civil servants, deputies of the national parliament, representatives of the scientific community and the banking sector. During the seminar, the participants discussed competencies, methods and tools that help develop systems thinking.
